This class will delve into multiple aspects of Wushu, ranging from basics to combos to short routines. All the while, you will learn the importance of each move and its significance in self-defense. Each class will build on these core foundations of martial arts along with developing confidence and character.
Saturday, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST
This is the perfect class to gain strength, endurance, flexibility, and grit for Taekwondo. We will start with the basics and work our way up into forms, techniques, and important exercises to transform your art to the next level. All you need is the mindset to have fun and this is a great class for you!

With my class, I wish to teacher others the fundamentals of taekwondo, such as kicking and upper body techniques, as well as learning to apply them. Additionally, I strive to encourage and promote the fitness and flexibility that is key for practicing martial arts.
Friday, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST
This class will focus on the basics of Shaolin Kungfu, as well as Taichi and Wellness. An emphasis will be put on developing functional strength and mobility, as well as proper physical and breathing techniques. Learn how to channel your inner "chi" and train your mind, body, and spirit!

In this class, I hope to teach others the importance of mental strength and help students excel both physically and mentally in any martial art or sport. The workouts I provide are meant to build leg strength and speed and develop a mental strength to never give up. All you need is a focused mind and you can excel in this class!
This is a fitness class for all ages. It will be a cardio and overall strength building class where we have fun while staying in shape. The videos are meant to be watch and followed multiple times to build up your strength.
