This is a great way to begin your Taekwondo learning with foundations of self-defense and confidence building. We will go deep into techniques, character-building, and other very important topics for martial arts. Also, the pace will be set for students who are just beginning their martial art journey. We will in particular work on endurance, strength, and flexbility

This class will delve into multiple aspects of Wushu, ranging from basics to combos to short routines. All the while, you will learn the importance of each move and its significance in self-defense. Each class will build on these core foundations of martial arts along with developing confidence and character.

With my class, I wish to teacher others the fundamentals of taekwondo, such as kicking and upper body techniques, as well as learning to apply them. Additionally, I strive to encourage and promote the fitness and flexibility that is key for practicing martial arts.

This class will focus on the basics of Shaolin Kungfu, as well as Taichi and Wellness. An emphasis will be put on developing functional strength and mobility, as well as proper physical and breathing techniques. Learn how to channel your inner "chi" and train your mind, body, and spirit!
